Rachel Coalition uniquely combines the resources and commitment of affiliated organizations, social services and its partners of nine northern New Jersey organizations to assist domestic violence victims and their children with a wide array of services.  In just eleven years, the Coalition has served over 560 men, women and children in the area. Thirty families have sought shelter in its suburban Safe House since it opened in 1998. On average, 40 calls are received monthly via the Coalition's crisis response line.
